Basic Requirements
- Good command of English, (able to comprehend and verbalise thoughts)
- Good understanding of social media apps and trends (specifically TikTok and Instagram)
- Able to navigate social media platforms like TikTok, how to post, what are the various components that affect a post, etc.
- Able to solve complex problems with simple solutions
- Interested in Finance and Real Estate, wants to learn more about these industries
- Able to use and navigate Google applications like Drive, Sheets, and Docs
Bonus
- Does/Did content creation for self or others and accumulated a good number of engagement in terms of views and followers (if so, share portfolio)
- Basic understanding of Real Estate terms in Singapore.
- Foundation in Real Estate, maybe a Real Estate Business Diploma or have passed the RES course and tests.
Job Description
- Manage 8 different TikTok accounts.
- Navigate Google Drive and Google Sheets to download the content to be posted
- Post one piece of content on TikTok for each account managed (and on other social media platforms if needed, we will have a tool for this).
- Revert to and handle comments and DMs for each account.
- Communicate with the creators to discuss comment that requires personal opinions.
- Communicate with the creators and team on good performance and upon achieving KPIs.
Remuneration
- Base salary starts from SGD$400-600 (excluding performance, team, and other bonuses)
